Our proposed sipin xrf spectrometer is a full working spectrometer for xrf analysis of a wide range of materials; particularly precious metals, alloys, environmental/Rohs.
The spectrometer consists of a sipin detector and mini xray tube in a modular optical bench, controlled with acquisition software via USB to a computer.
