Astrophotography and CCD Imaging

Astro Images

All the below images were taken from my backyard in Wantirna, Suburban Melbourne between 1995 and 2009. This is location is severely affected by light pollution, being only about 100 meters from a major freeway.  Nevertheless, good quality images can still be taken. Some were shot using a Minolta SLR camera and 35mm film. Others with CCD video, web cam, LPI and Atik  imaging cameras. The latest with Canon Digital SLR cameras.
